Daniel R. Faber, MD

Dr. Daniel Faber received his Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University graduating magna cum laude. He graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Faber is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a special Certification in Pain Medicine. He is also board certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Faber is licensed to prescribe Suboxone. He has been practicing medicine since 1983 and in Utah Valley since 1998.

SheriAnn Rollins, FNP, APRN, received her Bachelors degree in nursing from Brigham Young University. SheriAnn also received her masters degree from Brigham Young University as Family Nurse Practitioner, where she internshiped in Pain Management.

SheriAnn has had extensive practice in various nursing fields as a Registered Nurse prior completing her masters program. She is board certified by the American Board of Nursing and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She has been working in pain management since 2001.

Sandra Knowles, MSN, APRN, BC

Sandra Knowles, MSN, APRN, BC received her Bachelors of Science in nusing from Oregon Health Science University. Sandra Also received her Master's of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health Sciences University. She worked in psychiatric mental health services, specializing in substance dependency. She further spcialized in working with youth and adolescents specifically those involved in gangs.

Sandra is board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She has been working as a councilor for substance abuse and anger management patients since 1998 and in pain mannagement since 2006.
