Dr. Daniel Faber received his Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University graduating magna cum laude. He graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Faber is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a special Certification in Pain Medicine. He is also board certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Faber is licensed to prescribe Suboxone. He has been practicing medicine since 1983 and in Utah Valley since 1998.

Dr. Navid Farahmand, MD received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, graduating magna cum laude,
and graduated from the medical school of the University of California, San Diego. Having completed an anesthesiology residency at West Virginia University, Dr. Farahmand moved to Utah, where he completed
a fellowship in chronic pain management at the University of Utah. He is board-eligible in anesthesiology
and pain medicine.
Dr. Farahmand’s professional interests include the treatment of cancer-related pain, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and phantom limb pain.

SheriAnn Rollins, FNP, APRN received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Brigham Young University. SheriAnn also received her master’s degree from Brigham Young University as family nurse practitioner,
where she interned in pain management.
SheriAnn had extensive practice in various nursing fields as a registered nurse prior to completing her master’s program. She is board certified by the American Board of Nursing and is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse. She has been working in pain management since 2001. |

Catherine R. Black, NP, APRN received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Brigham Young University. She has done research in open-heart surgery and artificial heart transplantation. Catherine is certified as an advanced practice registered nurse and a nurse practitioner with a license in controlled substances. She has been working in general family practice, adolescent medicine, and psychiatry since 1978. |

Dr. Randall Pennington received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, his master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Kansas State University, and his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Pacific University School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Pennington is currently the director of the pre-doctoral psychology internship training program at Wasatch Mental Health and is also working at Spinal Interventions as a psychologist. He has been in the mental health field since 1990.

Dr. J. Howard Loomis received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and graduated from medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He also has a degree in Physical Therapy. Dr. Loomis has been working in osteopathic medicine since 1989.
**Dr. Loomis is only in our office on Wednesdays. |
